Shipping & Delivery Policy – Shopvono Transparent & Reliable

Welcome to Shopvono! We are committed to ensuring your orders are shipped safely, promptly, and with complete transparency. This policy explains how we handle order processing and delivery within the continental United States.

1) Shipping Carriers
Once your payment is successfully processed, we partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • DHL Express

  • EMS

  • Local Postal Services (depending on destination)

2) Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time

  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday (business days)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. postal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Your estimated delivery depends on the shipping method and destination. Weather, carrier delays, or peak season demand may affect transit times. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link — please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

4) Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional production time. If extra processing is necessary, we will notify you via email before shipment.

5) Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not deliver to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO or military addresses

  • International destinations

6) Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after carrier pickup.

  • If tracking is unavailable, your package may not yet be scanned by the carrier.

  • If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@shopvono.com.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may delay delivery while we contact you for clarification.

Shopvono is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to customer-provided errors.
Returned parcels may be disposed of by the carrier, and re-shipment will require an additional fee.
Once an order has been dispatched, Shopvono cannot assume liability for lost, stolen, or carrier-redirected packages.
