How to Request a Return or Refund

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Shipping receipt (if applicable)
Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable.
