Return & Refund Policy – Shopvono Simple & Fair

At Shopvono, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled. Please read carefully before submitting a request.

1) Order Exchanges
Each item is made-to-order, so we cannot process exchanges for incorrect size, color, design, or quantity selected by the customer.

  • Modify within 24 hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with corrected details.

  • How to request: Email support@shopvono.com immediately with your order number.

  • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.

2) Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation window: Within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Cancel your order free of charge by emailing support@shopvono.com with your order details. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

3) Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Eligible for return:

  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or defective

  • Item differs in design, size, or material from your order

  • Wrong product received

  • Significant deviation from the product description

Not eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items

  • Missing original packaging or tags

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads)

  • Personalized items (unless defective)

4) Return Cost & Shipping Responsibility

  • Free returns for defective or incorrect products — Return Cost: $0.00

  • For non-defect reasons (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5) Refund Claim Requirements
To request a refund, email support@shopvono.com with:

  • Full name and order number

  • Photos showing the issue or defect

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)

  • Shipping label or carrier receipt (if available)

  • Preferred resolution — refund or replacement

We typically respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.

6) Return & Refund Process

  • Step 1 — Prepare: Include your printed order confirmation or receipt and securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Step 2 — Ship: Use a reliable courier and provide the tracking number to our support team.

  • Step 3 — Refund: Once received, inspection takes up to 2 business days. If approved, a refund including original shipping will be issued to your original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to finalize the transaction.

7) Starting a Return
Contact us via the Contact Us page or email support@shopvono.com within 180 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, issue description, photos (if applicable), and preferred resolution.

Note: We are not responsible for customer errors such as incorrect personalization, spelling mistakes, or uploaded images. Please review all details carefully before checkout.

8) Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use

9) Important Notes

  • Policy valid for 180 days from delivery.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.

  • Shopvono is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during return transit — please use a trackable service.

  • Ineligible returns may be discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.
